Consult consists of the Buyer communicating by email a list of topics and issues accompanied with any documentation for review. This allows Dr. Foster to become familiar with your issues and prepare prior to the consult. Once reviewed a consult is scheduled at a time where there is no interruptions.  The consult will discuss each topic in detail presenting their inherent opportunities and risks.
